My stay at Wongamat Privacy Residence was disappointing. While the large room and the pool were nice, the overall cleanliness and maintenance were severely lacking. I encountered dirty sheets, malfunctioning air conditioning, and even a cockroach in my room. Thankfully, the staff was friendly, but unfortunately, it wasn't enough to salvage my experience.
